3320 w/cab
Anyone know of another source of a power beyond kit to fit a 3320/w cab. It's not avaliable from J.D. at this time, and they say to keep checking with my dealer. Thought I heard of other people purchasing a kit or plans to add it thru other sources.

You can always add additional valves to your tractor. Parts can be obtained from several sources, such as Surplus Center. Priince no longer sells direct to the public.

A specific kit for your JD is a propriatary option and cannot be obtained from any specific outside source. Your only option is to understand how JD plumbs their kit and buy similar aftermarket parts, hoses and fittings to duplicate their setup. It will not look as nice or fit as well but it should work. Good luck in your search.

What are you planning to run off your power beyond and how soon do you need it? If you can wait, or run off the DCSV for a while, it would be worth it. The Deere power beyond kits are a very elegant solution and will fit the tractor beautifully. Any clue from the dealer or Deere directly when a kit might be available?

Well, I made a trimmer, 3-pt. to adjust height, hyd. motor driven, spring loaded to go around t-post, and hyd. extendable to 36". Coupled to my 7-iron mmm I can make the first pass around the yard and trim around the t-post while mowing, and in the end extend to get between bushes or small trees without any damage or getting out, (yes, kind of proud of it). Problem is I loose hyd. when I try to lift, extend/retract etc. from the trimmer motor. I'de like to keep the tractor all Deere, but support like when or a work around does't seem to be there. The 3320 non cab is avaliable w/the PB option but I heard you loose the 3-pt lift while it's hooked up. Diff. valves, hyd. system, steel lines? What's the diff.? I really don't know or completely understand the PB to do it without a kit or drawing. I've also heard extreme hyd. heat from the motor could damage the e-hydro the way I'm using it now. No clue.

No clue

Me neither, you're beyond my power beyond capabilities. Sounds like a cool project, hope someone else can lend a hand.

tglass,
Why don't you start a thread about your trimmer and post some pictures of it. I am sure that several of us would like to see it.
