Are you sure about that sign? High sulfur diesel was done away quite some time ago by the federal government. They mandated a switch to low sulfur and then ultra low sulfur. Off road diesel and HHO are following on road diesel and removing the sulfur as well. HHO may not have any anti-gel in it or lubricating additives. Around here all HHO tanks are in basements so they don't get cold enough to gel. The ones that are outside are kerosine. I would use HHO and just add the correct amount of an anti-gel additive. The additive will also boost the diesel's lubricating properties.

I am betting the sign is several years old and no longer relevant.

I'm sure the sign is on the pump. I'm not sure it is accurate.
