AGCO ALLIS 7600

I am looking at a 7600 Agco Allis tractor with cab/air. The tractor is clean with 2400 hours. The asking price is 16,500. What are the pro and cons of this tractor and is this a fair market price?

I have a 2005 "The Official Tractor Bluebook". You aren't specific on 2WD or 4WD and year model, but a '94 model 2WD w/cab is listed at (roughly) $10,00-$13000 used trade-in and $20,000 to $23,000 used ratail. All are "less repairs". I can't help you on pros and cons.
