Agracat and J.B. Hunt?

I have a 35hp Agracat tractor which I have been very pleased with up to know. I have
hydrollic problems with the lift. I went to the dealer where I purchased the tractor and he
told me J.B. Hunt is taking over Agracat and all sales including parts are froze until the
legal aspect is over. It won’t be long before my warranty is up. I hope they get this
resolved before that time. Is anyone else having this problem?

JB Hunt is backing the cost of parts coming into this country for AgraCat only, unless this is a new turn in the last two weeks.

If your tractor is a Jinma 354, then check to see if there are other Jinma dealers in your area. They won't process any warrantee claims, but might be able to sell you parts and service.

get the dealer to sign a dated problem reciept to make sure they don't try the oh that is out of warrenty thing...
Or else get a noterized problem report of some type and present it to them and inform them of legal requrements...

Greg, I have a 3720, but, it is a 3 cylinder modle. I have yet to find out which engine it is. It says TY395I Jiangsu Jiangdong group.

Ok. that makes it harder than if it started out life as a Jinma. I suspect the AgraCat 3720 is a rebadged Foton 354 (FT354). The TY395 engine is used in both the FT304 and FT354. Obviously there will be some cosmetic parts that won't be interchangeable. But I think you might be able to find the important stuff, if you can track down a Foton/Futian dealer.

Others may disagree, but I don't think you should waste any more time waiting on service after sale from AgraCat-sourced parts. Best start your hunt right now for another parts source.
