Thank you for much for your offer. Actually this morning, I went ahead and called another montana dealer who is in Fayetteville, Arkansas (about a 20 min drive from springdale) I told them my problem and they were very helpful. The looked up the things I needed and let me pay for them with a credit card, They then arranged for the items to be shipped to my house so that I would not have to make a trip up to their dealership to get them. Prior to my purchasing a montana tractor I went into the headquarters in springdale. The people there were very nice about it but explained to me that they dealt with dealers only not the general public. I was not aware that I could go there and see about getting the information I wanted.
Don runs a good operation in Fayetteville. He has some good people working there and at his other dealership.

Jerry G........who's that?

All kidding aside. Jerry is one of the best guys on this site. You might not like what he's saying about Montana, but it is the truth so live with it. Jerry is very helpful, and does not try and shove Massey down your throat, even though it is his chosen ride. Guys like Jerry G make this place what it is!!

Woodbeef I assume your post was adressed towards my remarks. Ask jerryg to explain the term redneck to you and why saying you just have to live with something probably does not work well. I had followed jerryg's exampe and stopped talking about my earlier posts on this subject. In part because it was pointed out to me that my assumption that he was a dealer was incorrect. I am probably going to continue to follow the example and not talk about it in the future.

I do want to chime in my two cents worth about something dancce said to me
in his post about montana's customer service I am having a small problem with my front end loader. I believe it is probably a relief valve that is sticking. I called customer service in springdale and their reply to my problem was to make me an apointment to bring it in and they felt they would have it fixed in time for me to take it home that day. I am very happy with that type of response.
