Nice setup. I"ve got something similar behind my 20hp 46" Craftsman. Great idea on the rake attachment. I made a similar one except that the rake handle snaps into one of these spring clips for holding up brooms, etc, on a wall. Trouble is the rake pops out when I brush against pines and spruces on my yard. Think I'll change mine to your hanger setup. Also, I had some problem with the cloth/vinyl boot that joins the engine and blower to the trailer cover. The shute kept rubbing and wore a hole into it. I cut the shute back a little but this still seems to be a stress point. I've applied silicone caulk and it's better, but I think it will be short-lived. Have you had any similar experience?
I have had the same problem with the vinyl apron around the discharge chute that connects to the trailer. I just taped mine as a temporary fix with duck tape and wide vinyl electrical tape. I am looking for something made from a heavy grade of canvas such as you see on a Kirby upright vacuum cleaner. The funny thing about a vacuum system for your yard, once you start using it, your yard looks ragged when you don't vacuum. Same thing with edger around a concrete drive. I have looked at the 3 point baggers but they appear hard to put on. I use my tractor for FEL work as well as box blade. With the setup I have, you just pull the hitch pin and pull the pin from the discharge chute on the mower and you're on your way. I also understand that some of the PTO driven baggers do not have good suction. The newer Agri_Fab baggers are designed with the suction motor sitting sideways across the trailer tongue. The suction pipe comes off the right side of the engine instead of the front. This allows more clearance for the vacuum hose when making turns. Let me know if you find a fix for our problem.

JJ, I called Agri-Fab and they sent out a new one with attaching screws, free of charge. Problem is I'll have to drill out all the rivets first and then set the new one, so its a job I'm putting of and relying on the silicone caulk for now. Cutting back the black shute seems to have helped since it no longer rubs on the trailer top where the boot attaches. I think I'll be cutting it back a little more when I put the new boot on. I've seen the new setup and have to agree its a smarter design. The hose always seems too long and doesn't seem to know where to go on right turns and just right otherwise. Great machine otherwise! Let me know if you figure something better out.

glad to see the agri-fab works with the mower decks from kubota, i'm suppose to take delivery of a b-7500 this week and am looking to tie mine in, thanks for posting this subject
