I ended up finding a Browning 3TB124 sheave ( 3 groove 12.75" diameter) at a local place for $20 with the 1-1/4" bushing already in it. I ordered a 3TB34 sheave from Amazon for the fan assembly ($75 with the correct bushing). I think I did the calculations right to get the fan rpm to the correct speed based on what I could find in the manual. Now I need to mount the pillow blocks for the shaft to get the pulleys lined up. Is there a website that has belt size calculations (so I mount the sheaves in the right place) and does anyone have suggestions for mounting the shaft assembly so I can tighten the belts over time?
