hello at my bosses farm we have a major problem which has se tback our cattle feed firtsly we use corn silage and hay to feed the cows through the winter. but it looks now that we will be feeding all of our cpows hay because some person up at a agricultural stiore sent us the wrong corn and it wasnt round up ready so when we sprayed it with round up it killed all of our 24 acres and to make it worst the man incharge covered himseld by making a fake copie of the bill to show that somkeone wrote the conventional corn down on the bill.
and to top that a man took over 100 big round bales he boutgh from us and they are wrapped hasnt payed us and he owes us over $3000

welll we have around 40 beef cows with calves so around 60 beef then about 50 holsteins and milking shorthorns mostly shorthorns the milkers come and go because we stopped milkking last fall andd we are in a joint partnership with another dariy man so aoround 110 cows

Even if someone "altered" the bill of sale to "cover thier butt", I would assume that you still have your bill of sale.

Assuming (I know about that word) that the bill has an invoice number (or some reference number), the question is if those invoice numbers are the same, why is his invoice different than yours (or if he "made up" a new invoice, he still needs to have a copy of your invoice number, and we're back to "square one").

I would like to think that you have some sort of legal "leg to stand on".

well we figure we get $8332 (canadian) then plus we have to plow up more hay fields to fill the silos next year lol plus stress and luckily we kept half a bag of seed and also the man tryed to convince ius that it was the spray that killed it but myt boss(5 foot 2) lol lit into the (6 foot 2) guy and told him he was wrong
