Frank, the last two days our low temperature was 60-61 and I planted turnips and radishes day before yesterday. This morning it's 38 and raining, and supposed to be in the 20s tonight. I planned on setting out onions this weekend, but may have to postpone that a few days at least./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Just got word that a server I work off of regularly in the Kansas Area is off line due to an ice storm taking out phone and power lines. (Wondered why I hadn't been able to log on today.) Looks like the storm here has passed up by and we got about an inch.

Any word from anybody in Kansas?

SHF, it wasn't just Kansas. I was on here earlier this morning, off awhile, and tried to get back on and got a message that there was a server error and to send an e-mail to the administrator. I did, and the e-mail came back as undeliverable. I guess they found the problem and fixed it anyway.

I haven't bothered to check the new services yet today, so I just popped over to Yahoo and there's a link there about the Kansas City thing. Wow! Looking out the window here, it's hard to believe. Looks like a large part of Kansas and Missouri just turned into a popsicle. Major power outages, iced roads, etc. Ought to be an interesting News broadcast tonight.
