Here is a pic of the air seat with the swivel plate. Very comfortable with for and aft dampening as well. Also note the spot light that is attached to the arm on the left door

that looks exactly the same as my M125x seat, it a beauty. the swivel is a good thing, i always operate mine towards the right, its much better for my dodgy neck (caused by doing just that) cant get over how many different adjustments are on the thing, takes you 10 minutes to put it back the way you like it after someone else has been in there though... . the seat rocking lock is nice, cause with it in float its **** near imposible to drive on the foot throttle
