Yep, lots of dirt moving tasks indoors. How many large scale projects can you point us to where the residents remained while the building was rehabbed?

I have at least one remediation project a year in occupied building space. And scrubbers on the diesel engines do very little to help or are not allowed. Current rental fleet equipment (if you can find it) is limited and some (mini's) are tethered. Try to get a 480V cable, 250ft long that is dragged on the floor across the Heath and Safety officers. Ugh!

To add to that.... Bobcat is Korean made. Also there is another Korean made product to watch.
Hyundai Motor Company has closed their motor manufacturing plant. They will now become a all electric vehicle.

Hyundai has closed its automotive ICE engine development department. Not the automotive ICE engine plant. Hyundai has plans for ICE only cars to be phased out by 2030 ,hybrids only, and no hybrids pure electric or hydrogen after 2035.
