I found that site yesterday:D . What size compressor would it take to run that? I have a thread in the projects forum asking about sandblasting. You and FWJ are welcome to chime in.
BTW, the small nozzle will take a 8 CFM to run it.

What I know about sand blasters you could write on the head of a pin in 2" tall letters. I bought CHEAP. It does what I need. I used a BIG sandblasting unit that belongs to my employer once upon a time. I did irrepairable damage to the sheet metal of an old New Holland baler I once owned. Those big boys'll warp sheet metal and fill it FULL of pits. It's sorta like duck hunting with a howitzer.

If no one minds, here's a few pictures of the finished product. Rolled 'er out after I got home from work. Rolled the Deere #70 planter in right away. I'll probably start dismantling them tomorrow. Ordered decals for the seed cans today from K&K tractor in Shelbyville Indiana. They're the highest quality decals I've ever ran across.

FWJ - super nice looking overhaul to your disc.

It's finally dried out enough over in WKY to break the garden open tonight after work w/my plow. I need to get it done as they are calling for 2" of rain Fri/Sat.

Bill, as usual, job well done.;) I like that you even put the Massey decal on. Hey, from your pics, I'm guessing that you have the biggest piece of property of all your neighbors. Houses and church all look sort of close together.:(

I'm right on the very edge of town. My driveway ends in "city limits", but the property is in the county. The house is towards one corner of the property. There's 45 acres altogether, with around 8 of that being the field around the house. What you see is the newest part of town. Very quiet, sleepy little community. Mostly older folks, few kids. There's a church at both ends of my place.

I spent more on decals for the disc than I did for paint!

Plan is to do that some day and buy farther out in the boonies.
