Alternator BX24 2007

Hi. I know this is an "old" thread....But please help me. How many amps or watts do the original alternator on my BX24 2007 put out? I just bought 4 xenon worklights a 35 watts each. So with all four lights on it will consume 140watt. Will this work?
I will post some pics on the lights, very nice ones, fully aluminium housing, IP65 with Goretex (!) 104mmx104mmx128mm big. The ballast is incorprated in the housing.
