Buying Advice Am I fooling myself into needing(wanting) a Scut??

I have a backhoe on my LS 4150. I wanted it and it will dig a ditch, and dig some holes. I have horses. If I have to bury a dog, no problem. A pony, not too bad. A big horse, in the middle of summer, ground hard and dry, need a 6 foot deep hole, PROBLEM! I had an older case backhoe, CK680, very large. I did not use it enough to keep it running. The cost of repair was just to much money and time. If I need a big job done, I can rent a true backhoe/loader. Or our county will dig a hole to bury a horse/cow for you. Health Department. I almost never use my small backhoe, but I wanted it. I don't think most people can justify paying for one.
