/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Me thinks you should look around in the " Kobota and other companys" forums before crying foul. I'll take the problems I have over some that I see mentioned in the forums for those dedicated to supporting the asian economies. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Beyond that I think John Deere had someone's retarded cousin design the height adjustment mechanism for the independent lift kit on the 62D mower. Past the height adjustment the lift kit itself works well once the dealer installs an orifice to slow down the hydraulics (won't stay put without the cable though). Still wish they would offer a 3rd SCV so I don't have to rig one of my own or play the hose swapping game.

And I think some improvement can be made to the anti sway turnbuckles for the 3 point hitch on the 2520.

I'm pretty confident that most of the above will be involved in a "product improvement" bulletin before long. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

He..He..He... thought that would build a bigger fire than it did. There are usually problems with a newer machine, and as far as buying American, the name says that, other than built better it's the closest I have found to all U.S.A.. Sure it cost a little more, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Some improvements have to be made to keep it the leader.

Can you describe what you had the dealer do to slow down the independant lift? I noticed today how fast it works "Bangs up and down". Seems to work too good. JC

The dealer installed an orifice fitting to decrease the flow rate it's still not perfect but is much more controllable.
