The worst case is when you bleed under the fingernailsAll the pain and non of the benifits

This reminds me when I smashed my thumb at work ages ago. The company made me go to a clinic, and by that time my whole thumb nail was turning red and blue. The "doctor" at the clinic looked at it and was not quite sure what to do. I told him that when your bleeding under your nail, you drill a hole in the nail to release the pressure. He thought I was crazy. I made him get me a pointy scalpel and proceeded to drill a whole into my thumb nail. Then when I broke thru the nail, blood squirted out and you have instant relieve. He had never seen or heard of this, and I had done it numerous times growing up on a farm. Darn city doctors!
