Others have said that "we" should be able to raise and lower the three point from the left hand lever. I have never been able to do that. I have to have the left lever pulled toward the seat and held to either raise or lower the three point using the controls on the right side of the seat. Then to use the loader I have to move the left lever to the center position and keep the position lever pulled all the way back on the right side of the seat in the constant pumping position. I cannot use the loader and three point at the same time. If you have the left lever pulled and try to run the loader the three point does strange things. As I noted in my above post. My loader lifts when I pull the right hand lever toward the seat and lowers pushed away. I never need to move the position or draft lever to raise or lower the loader. You need to hook the hose to the loader to the correct fitting to raise while pulling the right lever toward the seat. Then you should be able to lower the loader by pushing the lever away from the seat. If you don't change the hose location, you will need to screw that valve back in I think.
I have the same problem with the trip bucket. I have since added a front pump to the tractor that I use to raise and lower the loader and have added a cylinder to the oversized snow bucket for dumping using the standard tractor hydraulics. In time I intend to change to a joystick and run both from the front pump. I still use the trip for the dirt bucket. I know its awkward moving the lever back and forth to change from loader to three point but you will get used to it.

I'm pretty sure it sounds like mine is acting exactly like yours is, just we're maybe operating a little differently. I'm more than happy to get used to how I need to operate it as opposed to having an issue that needs attention!

I certainly do like the idea of foregoing the need for a trip bucket but for the time being that is low priority (mainly because of associated costs!)

Thanks kid! That looks helpful for sure - I had something similar from a 165 but not as detailed with regards to pinouts on the switch. I'll get that printed when I'm not on my phone. Thanks again!!

Also got my muffler / exhaust pipe yesterday and despite the dimensions listed on the AGCO website the vertical drop was 18" so it fit like a charm! I'm happy and wife's happy cause I don't smell quite as terrible after being out on the tractor anymore!

I am looking to buy the adjustment blocks on the chains of the 3pth. anybody know where I can find them?

So I still haven't gotten the lights working, just haven't had much time to get at it. I did finally remove the rear fenders last night - they were awfully wobbly and I wanted to clean them up (paint maybe??) and the lighting wiring inside.

Question - does anyone else have the flat top fenders that have one light in both the rear and front of the fender?

I tested the wiring with a power supply and on both fenders only the one light illuminates. The other light has a single red wire running to it. I'm connecting the power supply to the red on one side and the black and white (which are connected) on the other side. I looked around on Agco parts book this a.m. but the diagrams for lighting don't really incorporate the in fender lights, and the fender diagram doesn't show lighting. I don't think the wiring is wrong but of course it is a possibility. If anyone else has this set-up is there also just the one large wire going to the rear light?
