The .410 to 9mm, 3 inch smooth adapter finally came in. Son hit water jug 5 out of 5 times at 20 yards with it, so no complains. No recoil and cheap shooting. The .410 high brass, high velocity loads weren't bad either.
Hoa can make there own laws within the development. Like type of mail box or color of paint. You might slip by with a pellet rifle if no neighbors to rear. As long as no one said anything.
We were going to be fined $100@ day if sidewalk wasn't pressure cleaned by a certain date.
I would never buy a house with a HOA. Enuff problems with county laws let alone some yahoo's.
Yeah, HOA is not an ideal situation.. I realize millions of homeowners live with them, but I am glad I don't. The thought of some groups boot on my neck does not please me much.
Ours basically does nothing, but I still don't like the idea. They really only exist to maintain the air strip (fly in community), but it's always there, with the possibility of some neighborhood ****** wanting to define what is "junk" vs what's not. We actually got a letter one time, showing they spent like 65% of their budget going after people for not paying dues. With it came a statement asking everyone to pay, but they simply couldn't afford to go after people for non payment. Guess when I made my last payment, lolYeah, HOA is not an ideal situation.. Yeah, I know, and if it comes to it, I can and will pay, but in the mean time, I prefer to not "feed the beast"Carefull as they can and do have a right to put a lien on your property for dues.
