AMSOIL 5w-30 Hydraulic Oil

I just purchased (Jan 2006) a 5 gallon pail of the AMSOIL ATH-05 5w-30 hydraulic oil. On the pail it list the manufacturers specs that it meets. To my surprise, it only lists Kubota UDT as one of the specs it meets. I was under the impression that it met Kubota SUDT specs. Do any of you guys know anything about this? I quess I will stay with Kubota SUDT.

It is basically identical to SUDT in the kinematic viscosity from way below freezing to the boiling point of water.

The key factor is the multigrade synthetic composition.

Works great, no more straining and loud hydraulic pump screams like when using a straight cut UDT type oil in an HST or GST type transmission.

Chevron and ShellCanada also produce a similar high quality product.
