It's all fun and games, until somebody loads up with an M-80!

What...you did not have dynamite? (LOL)

My mom got mad at my dad one day because we went to blast a rock, so he threw the box of dynamite and caps on the passengers seat. There was no place for me to sit in that old Ford, so I sat on the box of dynamite all the way out to the field.

My mom did not think that was very safe, but my Dad argued it did not matter, if the dynamite touched off, it really did not matter if I was sitting on the dynamite box or not, we were both be seeing our maker.

Walked thru a construction site in my teens and lo and behold was a container of blasting caps.
Dynamite was a few feet later.
We used to use the 'caps' in a pipe to launch marbles off into the lake to see which would go further.
Heck, still have a few of those caps.
But then in those days all you needed to buy forcite and caps was a valid drivers permit. ('50's)
Guess today you'd need an FBI/Cia/RCMP clearance to even but fertilizer, never mind forcite.

LOL, tried 'fishing' once with forcite and all I caught was a bunch of minnows, not all it was claimed to be.
