I am very fortunate to be in a position to dip into my teenage daughter's potential inheritance money.
I think she realizes it is more 'financially advantageous' to let me indulge in my shop activities than put me in one of the sketchy retirement homes she's been threatening me with.
LOL, like that comment! Just tell her it's yours and she'll get what's left.
Enjoy your 'golden years'.
Let her know you don't enjoy bingo or shuffle board.

I've had some similar discussions with my wife when I purchased a sports car. Told her that she would still have plenty left over.
