That video was made long before that terrible earthquake. I think they were just sculpting the harbor floor entrance. The logic of submersible dozers over a dredge escapes me.
In the video you can see the operators standing and sitting on the concrete breakwater.

Facebook is funded by the FBI and CIA and all facial recognition is monitored by same. Anyone who is part of facebook is monitored and don't tell me this is not correct because I know different. Also all security cameras in shops etc are now being linked to the same networks. Heard of Trapwire?
