Hello to all on TractorByNet.com!!
I am a homeowner with 10 acres, part of which is a blueberry orchard. We also have a large garden each year. I have had a few tractors over the years. I started with a 1964 Ford 4000, which I completely restored. Nice little beginner's tractor. Then I went for more power with a JD 3020. I loved the tractor, but it was sort of awkwardly in between a small tractor and a big machine. I traded the 3020 for a 1086 IH. I really liked this tractor. It had big flotation tires and could pull anything, and go almost anywhere. It was great for mowing, and breaking this hard ground for planting. I traded it in 2009 for a new JX60 CaseIH with loader and backhoe. It sure has made life easier. New, with warranty is a great luxuary.
