Dealer Another dealer down

I bought a CK-20 from Dave at Upper Valley in New Hampshire. I spoke with all the "top" three. Kubota sales reps were thre rudest,John Deere the most expensive.
Dave is great and the price was so good my buddy bought a CK-20 also. Cpt.dave

ge whiz... maby I should open a store up in the New England states. I keep my store open 12 hours a day 6 days a week and I have been known to open on sundays for special ocassions.
So far the only person that I have run of my lot was a slobering, stumbling drunk last year.

If I was dead set on Kioti, I would find another dealer. If not, I would check out other brands!! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I would find another dealer, Kioti or other brand, that's your choice, but an old saying "If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will"

I'm in sales and believe in that /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Your in the drivers seat, maybe make the call and let him know you were going to buy, I bet he changes his mind next time or is doing well enough not to care.

Nothing against Kioti, but I ran into a problem with the only dealer in my area, and the Bota dealer wouldn't stop bashing the other brands, so my decision was between a few other brands, which were all good brands, I ended up with green, but felt I got the best deal for the $$

I might have another color if that Kioti dealer didn't treat me bad, but I know it wasn't just me because I have talked to other members hear on TBN and they stated the same issues, It's a shame because I would have loved to have had a chance with them, I believe strongly in dealer support!

REDDOG I respect where you stand. And I'm sure you respect my view on the topic.If JCA does not want to contact or get a quote from this guy that's is decision. If he want's to pick another color or drive a couple of hours that is also his decision.But I cant help to shake my head in desbelief on how peoples ingnorance and egos can take the better part of them when all you need to have is a simple explanation to fix a simple misunderstanding.
