Another Diverter Valve/Grapple Setup

</font><font color="blue" class="small">( I recently completed a grapple setup on my JD 4110. I purchased the grapple from Andy Tatro. I fabricated a mount to attach it to my bucket. I bought a Fasse diverter valve that came with a momentary switch that I mounted to my loader joystick. Thanks JasonL, I really like the Fasse setup, and I'm sure you will too. It is all very high-quality components, and as close to plug-and-play as you can get. I dont think they sell direct, mostly or only, thru the JD dealers. Anyway I went thru my dealer so I'd have someone local I could go back to if I had problems, but it's be flawless so far. Getting a snow blade on the front soon (probably after all the snow is gone /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif ) so it'll really be usefull then. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

JasonL, 1 note and 1 question. Looks like your hydraulic hose might be a little tight, I made that mistake when I put used my ATI grapple, just watch out for it.

Question: Can you show a pic of how you secured you hoses to your loader arm (where the QD for the grapple are)? I'm trying to do the same thing but to the round tube between the arms.

Andy Tatro is a nice gentleman that sometimes sells grapples he builds on Ebay. I don't have contact info but I believe if you PM Pineridge he can put you in contact with him. (They come unpainted so I suppose you could ruin one with orange paint if you want!? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif) Jason

Tye, the JD dealer is Trible Equipment on Meetze Rd, they've been good to work with so far. I live off of Rt17, about 2 mi south of Meadowville, right between Warrenton and Marshall. We've been here for about 19 yrs, I've been in the DC area for about 21yrs, native Texan and the job moved me up here, but this feels a like like "home" now. Where do you live now?

jdgreg, My girlfriend and I live in Bristow (just south of Manassas). My parents still live on Meetze road. I am finishing up college at George Mason. Mom and Dad own 25 acres so I find myself at their house a lot. All my toys are still there, welder, tractor etc. My degree is in Physical education but to afford anything in this area I might have to pursue my second career option, pipe welding.

Jdgreg- Sorry it took so long to reply. I am having computer problems so I can't post a picture right now. You were right on about the hose being too short. I replaced it after I posted those pictures. I used it on my FEL snowplow I made, so it worked out fine. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Jason
