I think you will tear that plow up.
And since you are talking under $500, I assume it is manual angle as well?
6-7' truck plows used, plow only, commonly run $200-$300 in my area. Take off they hydraulic angle cylinders (because most have holes to angle manually), make brackets to attach the two pins, and you are done. Heavier duty plow, probably less money.
Its when you get into the hydraulics, that the cost goes up. OR making a frame mount as opposed to loader mount.
