Also did you have to get the HD alternator for the heater and wiper setup? Does the cab keep you from opening the hood of the tractor and does it cut down on seat travel. Well, it's dificult to say what the cab really cost because it was already installed on the rig. He told me that if I didn't want it he would take it off and reduce the price by $1400. But the cab cost about $1800 new with the heater not counting the installation. Installation, I was told was about 12 hours work? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
As far as the details go, yes I can still open the hood, and no I don't *think* it limits the seat travel at all. But I'm only 5-08 so I can't say about headroom. I will measure for you from deck to cab top and check for sure on the seat.
