Another homemade toothbar

Here's my version of a relatively simple toothbar for my 1200mm (4 foot) bucket.

I started by getting the main support and side bars in place so I could measure the total thickness for the teeth..

That allowed me to start cutting the teeth from 25mm (1") solid bar.
I did this with only 2 cuts using a drop saw - 1 at 45 degrees and 1 at 22.5 degrees (which gives the 45 degree slope when they're turned around)..

Then into 'production mode'..

Slipped a couple of lengths of 30mm x 2mm SHS onto the 2 outside teeth and gave it a test..

Front view.. Couldn't have done this before.

Now I plan to make a set of 4 square tubes to slip onto the inside teeth so it can also be used as brush forks..
