Another homemade toothbar

John, My square tubing is 4 feet long. I tried bending the teeth by jumping up and down on the end of one of the tubes. They flex but come right back. I figure I can carry whatever the load of the FEL will handle now without anything getting bent. This is really going to work out well for me as a platform for trimming my apple trees, other trees along my brook, working on the house and lots of other things. You couldn't have picked a better time to post this. Spring has sprung and I have lots to do with them now. Thanks.

Finally got some time to work on my square tube extensions.
Mine are only 750mm (~ 2 1/2 feet) long.. still got 2 more to make - couldn't find any more scrap..

I fix them on with an 8mm rod running behind the toothbar with a short 10mm bolt welded to it..

Holds 105 kgs (230 lbs) on the ends of 2 tubes.. so 6 will easily hold the capacity of the FEL..
