Another interesting use of Sea Cans

I've been impressed with a few sea-can projects, but hadn't seen this done before.... We don't deal with that kind of heat here.

Amazon is selling sea can houses on their site. Iirc, $35,000, which isn't bad especially when you take into account that's the furnished price

Spent a long time in tech, guess that's where my perspective came from..... China Inc was enabled in part by cheap ocean shipping. We've all seen pics of container ships with decks overloaded with sea-cans, some having fallen overboard after heavy storms.

That, and the aftermath in-water - hazard to small craft as some sea-cans retain enough buoyancy to float just below the surface.

But... back to the farm above..... smart moves made in many respects, starting with targeting high-value local consumers.

Had a quick look - nicely finished. Tiny homes were built here just after WWII, some weren't that much bigger, and in adjusted cost, maybe not that different price-wise....
