another oil filter question

I disagree to some degree (gee, shocking) if you use a good oil filter (high in capacity and efficienty) and use a good oil you can go longer and be fine! I had to say that. BUt then what define longer..blah blah.

See the killer part is when people say change oil frequently; ok, what defines frequent and what is a good filter? If you have zero clue, use what is in the "Kubota for Dummies" book AKA the manual and OEM parts/fluids and you will be fine. Do not take the "dummy book " to heart here since it is a joke. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif The manual is only a guide for the user. It is a starting point. If you find a product you know is better, then use that.
