When I was shopping I got a quote for a L3901, speced the same as your tractors minus the rear blade and quick hitch for $23,500. Ended upbuying a L3560.

Turf tires and a rear/angle blade are an unusual combination unless moving snow is your primary rear blade task.

It will be the primary task at least for now until after this winter. Don't have the funds to pick up a tractor AND a blower this year. From reading around it sounds like the turf are better in snow, although I wont be doing any mowing with it so I've gone back and forth on the tires.

I am located in NW Michigan.

Also, I do not believe the gentleman who said he could get that same L3301 setup including a backhoe for the same price that I quoted.

I also live in Northern Michigan. I have R4s on mine and would never change that. I plow all year without chains and no issues. I was worried how they would do on my lawn whenever I need to go across it, but haven't had any troubles there either.

There is no requirement to post location data unless the OP is comfortable in doing so. There is no empirical data supporting response quanity based upon location disclosure. It may rather be a case of intrusive overreaching by unauthorized individuals.
