Another Q: Seat back angle adjustment?

I very much like the "cushy" seat on my CK3520SE cab, except for one thing: There's good lumbar support, but not much for the upper back. I'd like to tip the top of the seat back forward to get more support. I haven't pulled the seat out yet to determine whether an adjustment (aka, bending a bracket) is possible, but since it's too late to go look tonight, I thought I'd go ahead tonight with asking whether anyone has any experience they could share.
