Quick Hitches Another Quick Hitch Question

Hello All,

Longtime lurker, first time poster...Thanks to all for the information provided here...Lots of good stuff!...Anyway, I致e got another quick hitch question I hope someone can help with before I mess something up.

I致e got a KIOTI NX 55 & a few attachments. I finally ordered a Titan Quick Hitch and got it put on yesterday. As others have mentioned, I ran into some issues with the top link hook up. The bolt that holds the top braces together On some implements prevents the quick hitch top hook from hooking on to the top link pin. After looking at it, I was able to get the top hook to hook onto the the bolt itself though. Is this an acceptable method? It seemed pretty secure once I got everything tightened down, but I wanted to check before I used it & tore something up.

There is a hook that is sold on Amazon that extends the hook out so that it clears the bolts. I have the Harbor Freight quick hitch and it solved that problem for me. I think that the setup you jave now will work though. The part number on Amazon is SMA 873-HF141137.........Don

I'll check out the hook extender...may need it for some other implements.
