He did shoot each.. umm... suspect but the wounds were non-life threatening. I remember hearing about this but not much was said about it at the time.

What did he shoot them with? A pea shooter. He should have whipped out his real gun. I think I need a bigger firearm after seeing that. The thing I can see him getting in trouble for is shooting after he left the building, but he is my new hero.

Contrary to hollywood, getting hit with even a .45ACP you are not likely to be pushed around. A 9mm exerts something equivalent to 10lbs being dropped from 1-2". Unless a critical structure (heart, central nervous system, etc.) is compromised a gunshot victim is likely to continue functioning normally for quite a few minutes before shock and blood loss slow them down. This is well documented in the REAL medical community.

Pretty small handgun...looks about the size of a Kel-Tec .32 or a Ruger LCP.
But the point is, the man with the gun did stop the attack and quite likely saved a number of innocents.
And, for you guys stating the gun was too small...better a gun you know you'll carry then the one you left at home...right?

This guy had a 380 if I remember right, in any case it was a less powerful round, which is kinda a who cares since he did stop the incident even though he was out numbered two to one. There was a discussion on TBN when it happened but I don't think the incident had its own thread though.
