Markham customer!

I called on Friday (4-15-05) and spoke to Leslie to order my toothbar. Missed the truck by 1/2 an hour so she said that they'll make one up and ship it on Monday and I'd get it by Wednesday. Well, this morning I get a call from Leslie saying it will be at the terminal for pick-up at 12:00 P.M. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Low and behold she was right! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Way to go Markham!!!

Forgot to give you the cost. I paid $251.25 delivered to the trucking terminal. Would've been $30.00 more for home delivery.

Funny that...I just ordered a toothbar from Markham's yesterday...after bugging Melissa several times with questions, I finally called yesterday...I don't think it would be possible to deal with nicer folks than Markham's...she said they were waiting for metal to be delivered, so it might be a little wait...she said the metal comes in in the morning and they will ship that afternoon and i'll get it the next day...$247 shipped to the terminal. My tooth bar got lost in shipment, no fault of Markham. The folks at Markham worked with the shipper and kept me informed of the shipping status. The tooth bar arrived a week after I ordered it. In the end, Markham canceled the shipping charge for me without asking, saving me about $130 in shipping fees. This is a very customer oriented business with a quality product and quality people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gerald, Where did you pick up the lift rings on the top of the bucket? I like the idea of them....could come in quite handy. I wonder if the Teeth on the bar would take the same weight?
