Just a couple thoughts:
I really like this design. The modular design makes me think you could adapt the frame to other implements.
Build the T-frame to ASAE specs found here. When your sales go global, I want it to work on my quick hitch.
I'm guessing this was a quick sketch and that I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. But, as currently drawn, if the aluminum bolt/pin shears, the blade will not trip out of the way. It looks like it will pivot on the top pin and then cantilever against the top of the T-frame. I assume you just need to weld the top tabs to the top of the frame rather than to the back.
Use some kind of replaceable shoe mounting at the bottom of the blade. This way, you can not only replace the subsoiler shoe when it wears, but also mount a cultivator or middle-buster type shoe as well.
Weld a ball or pintle hitch receiver to the bottom of the frame. Then you could just pull a couple pins to remove the blade and have a nice way to move trailers and stuff around.
And for heavens sake, please post some pictures when you actually build this thing.
