I think tanks, at least the diaphram type are pretty generic. XTrol, Meyers, as well as many others are all decent tanks.

Pre-Charge pressure can be CORRECTLY set when when the pump is off and there is no pressure in your water system.
Set the pre-charge pressure to 2 PSI below the "Kick-in" setting of your pump.
