Im tired of tractors older than myself ...... I have a choice between a 09 ct235 bobcat for 13000 with 1600 hrs and two remotes
and a 2014 ck35 kioti.....The bobcat is a clone...with only 60 hours for 17000. both have Q/A buckets on FEL...
The Kioti does have a couple years left on power train Warr. but is that worth 3000 bucks
I have about three food plots...one 5 acres...45 acres wood lot to maintain...and here in central wi i have black sand for soil. So i think i need the weight these tractors provide as i see a 2015 kbota b3350 with low hours for 16500 with Fel NO REMOTES....

All the dealers are about the same distance away and seem as equals in experience and reviews

So lets hear ur Opinion.....

Do you foresee a NEED for the remotes?

My M4700 came with 2 remotes in 2013, I've yet to use them.

the bobcat should be without all the new emissions junk that has caused tons of problems in all brands where the 2014 kioti should have them . I would take the bobcat based on this item alone or wait a few years till the companies get the bugs out of this pollution crap . Other than that either 1 should be a great unit .

Just to clarify, the Bobcat was actually made by Kioti for Bobcat, so it's virtually the same tractor as that CK35. Both are solid, well-made tractors, with lots of work potential if they are in good shape.

The 2014 CK35 would have the new emission plumbing, but I've not heard about that particular model having problems due to the emission controls. The Kioti owners here would have better knowledge and maybe will add a comment. Conversely, I would have some concern that the CT235 has only 60 hours of use in 8 years, so it has been sitting around an awful lot. Generally, that's not good for equipment, as hoses, seals, linkages, etc., can become brittle or seized up over time.

Pricing seems high on both, especially the BobCat, Offer Tops, 10K. I'd Keep shopping! Consider Craig's List.

Oh NO!
I must be facing BIG trouble!
Each of my 3 old Fords sit for about 10 months every year (with battery tender attached).
Now I learn that "sitting around an awful lot" is about to kill them!
I have owned one for 46 years, another for 30 years (but is 47 years old), and the 3rd for only 3 years, but it is 29 years old, and has only 1000 hours (I use each of my Fords less than 15 hours per year).
They are not rotting away yet!

The Bobcat is stated to have 1600 hours, about 1/2 its useful life.

Little bit of confusion?
In the OP first sentence he describes the Bobcat as having 1600 hours.
In the second sentence he describes the Bobcat as a "clone" with only 60 hours.
Am I missing something here?
