Thanks for the clarification!!! This would mean I have "draft" on my 3pth but .......... I don't believe there is any "float" setting?? If there is I haven't found anything mentioned in the manual regarding "float". Oh well.
Anyway.... I did jump on last night and confirmed that with lever all the way forward (A) is float. I can put FEL bucket on ground in A and there is no lift. If I move lever to B I can pick tractor up. Thanks again for helping me resolve this.
(NOTE: This lever is associated with the rear remote only. It has nothing to do with the 3pth.)

I pulled the FEL control valve off this AM. I'm going to try and spec out a new control valve and get it ordered. An attempt was made to rebuild it 1-2 years ago but a leak has persisted. Time to just replace it.
Tractor specs show hydraulic system at 9 gpm. I a valve with 8-10 gpm spec will work.
