I figured that in my $1500 statement actually :D

My wife might smack me for changing my mind again, but this seems like a no-brainer.

The 3320 has the 300x loader, the 2720 has the 200Cx loader. For the 300cx loader you need to add another $1200 or $1300 which brings it close to $2500 more than the 2720. Now start adding other implements and you're talking a lot more money.

Let's come at it from another direction the MSRP for a base 3320 is $19,379. the MSRP for a 2720 is $17,439, a difference of $1,940. I suspect sharp bargaining could reduce that difference to the stated $1,500 range. Yes there may be price differences for attachments, but Shazbat made no mention of what attachments he required. If a buyer works himself up to the price point of a 2720, especially over the life of the tractor, it's not that big a jump to go into the 3x20 range. That's really the essence of my comments.

Let me state this another way. In November 2007 when I placed the order for my JD 3320 TLB / MMM equipped as in my sig I also had pricing from the same store, for a 2520 (2720 not available then). Before taxes the 2520 equipped with the same attachments was exactly $2,246 less. I'm not trying to knock a 2520 / 2720, but for only $2,246 more I think it was good value for my $$$.

Fair enough.
