Does anyone make a top link cylinder, with a DPOCV, that doesn't rely on banjo connections? I raised the 3-point too high and bent & broke the steel line that's crimped into a banjo fitting. If I'm going to spend another $200, I want something that's serviceable. Even though I have removed the old manual top link support, which caused the problem.
Any banjo-less top link cylinders w/ DPOCV?

Is there room to have the check valve on the bottom of your cylinder? I know that someone else here at TBN had to do that. If you bought your top link from CCM, you may be able to get replacement parts instead of buying a whole new setup.

Banjo connections....so this is what they're called....are these true fact factory applicatications...meaning....if you have these type fittings your stuck with using them....I'm not too sure or remember if I asked...when I was getting my new fittings...don't mean to hijack this thread....but I knew these fittings had a name but couldn't remember for the life of me...any options to some after market fitting...or custom made fitting...here's a photo of my setup

Not that I know of....They are used because they are a much lower profile than any other type fitting. Post a picture, I am sure yours is repairable.

No, you're not stuck. Banjo bolts are either metric thread or the same thread as BSPP. Take your banjo fitting and bolt to a good hydraulic shop and tell them what you want to do. A box of donuts is always a good idea too. Anyway, you can replace the banjo fitting with a port type male fitting. I believe your fittings will be BSPP. You can get a bspp to jic adapter in straight and 90. Any good hydraulic shop will know exactly what you are trying to do.

However, I can't find any dimensions, other than the "12mm OD tube." The part number cannot be found in Parker's Web catalogs either.

Why don't you just fix what you have got ? It will last a lifetime now that you have rectified what caused the collision .

I attempted to locate replacement parts first, but it seems no one in the United States sells banjo connections. There are numerous threads detailing the struggles of finding these connectors.
Update: I've spent the past two hours, going through a Chinese Web site that had a Parker catalog and found the dimensions. Then I learned 3/8 BSPP actually is about 5/8" diameter. Now, I'm hoping Hydraulic House (in Florida) can actually get the parts I need. The UK site doesn't seem to be setup to ship internationally.
My whole point, of this thread, was trying to buy/build a top-link that had parts which any hydraulic shop could replace.
