Any banjo-less top link cylinders w/ DPOCV?

I attempted to locate replacement parts first, but it seems no one in the United States sells banjo connections.

My whole point, of this thread, was trying to buy/build a top-link that had parts which any hydraulic shop could replace.

Sorry for saying .

5 minutes with an oxy and a stick of silver solder will fix the banjo and 2 minutes will fix the bent pipe , ANY Hydraulic shop CAN fix what you have , we obviously think differently .

I guess I am with Ironhorse: correct the interference problem, silver solder the connection on the banjo fitting and get on with your work. The tubing should be easily straightened also. Once fixed, it should be serviceable for many years.

Yes, that can be fixed easliy. If it is a CCM cylinder-just call them and they will get you the part if you want. Then turn the cylinder over so it won't happen again.

Good Advice..............If repairing is in the cards I would not just silver solder/braze without getting a new short piece of metric tubing (IIRC 12 mm), reuse the banjo fitting then silver solder/braze/tig weld......then a new ferrule (and nut if damaged).....Done.....

I would slap a little weld on it too. HOWEVER! I have written on here more times than I can count about a solution to banjo fittings. Bring your cylinder assembly to a good hydraulic shop. Banjo bolts are either metric or BSPP thread, usually BSPP. There are a ton of manufacturers that make BSPPxJIC straight and 90 adapters. So you can throw the banjo away by screwing in a BSPP x jic 90 adapter and running a piece of steel line to the DPOCV. That easy. Or, do like Kenny says. I have also cut the line off of a banjo fitting and tapped it to whatever hyd thread I felt like using. There's a ton of options.
