Found in the woods near my friend's old farm.

Never mind. Got a good look at it in person and it's a piece of a wishbone front end. Not tractor related.

Front axle from Model T or Model A Ford. Lots of them got made into farm implements.
In slang it's called a wishbone...for obvious reasons. Value...near zero.
