Are those rock seeds you carry in the tray? You just throw them out on the field as you drive along and then the sprout and create all sorts of little rocks........
I do like the gun rack idea. May have to implement that one.

Here's what I did for the same reason as you. Gunrack from Wally World bolted to the rops. Comes in pretty handy for lots of other uses too.

I bungee my rakes, shovels, etc. on top of the loader arms.

Using PVC tubes and all hardware from the big box stores. I have been told several times they look factory and my wife thought they were. They have been through a lot this year and still look and function like new.
