I don't think a toilet is feasible. And no ports jon and definitely no compact portable toilet. I still want a sink. I was thinking would it be possible to drill about 2" hole in the concrete. Then take a 3/4 piece if black pipe and put a cap on both ends . Then drive it through the hole past the bottom of the footer. Now uncap both ends and run a piece of 1/2 PVC through it and glue a 90 degree fitting on the bottom.

I recommend PEX tubing, flexible and won't break if frozen.

If it was me I would chuck the idea of running H2O line and cut hole in floor and install a sand point shallow well system. ( depending on ground water table, soil, etc.)

Hand driven ( with post driver/ or air compressor with jack hammer/ drive cup)1.25 dia. steel pipe ( usually 10' sections at a time) w/ screen covered drive point into soil to water table ( max about 30') and self contained pressure tank with elect. pump motor attached to it as a unit. Be sure to pipe wrench sections clockwise while driving to keep pipe sections TIGHT or will lose suction of pump ( add check valve to standing pipe near top to hold prime) Over time ( depending on soil type / impurities in water) the drive point screen might clog slowing flow... I would take a .22 and shoot down pipe to clean screen on drive point. Helps to live near river and sandy soil ( folks in MO don't need a well for water...house full to roof now !!!)

Unless you have a drain, running water is not really very practical.

What would be the use for the sink?

A 1-liter soda bottle with tap water from home can do a very good job of hand washing, especially if you have mechanic's soap in a pump container. A 5-gallon bucket will catch the drippings.

Old guys who camp in the woods know that a half-gallon juice bottle with a screw cap makes a dandy urinal.

I would just bring a few liter bottles of tap water, a container of mechanic's hand cleaner, a juice bottle and an empty bucket over. Oh, add in a roll of paper towels. Total cost is under $5, and you have 99% of the functionality of a sink, with no plumbing and no digging.

I just put a sink in my garage for cleaning up a bit and washing hands etc. I ran the drain right out the wall 2' from ground level and is watering the bushes beside the garage. Water can be run outside of the building and come right through the wall to the sink by using heat tape.
