By the way, the literature has comparison charts to JD and NH tractors, and also to 3rd party brands (Bradco,, Woods Bushhog, eg) for the hoes and fels. Again, I didnt have time to study the charts, but I think it is safe to say that Kubota wouldnt be including the charts if they didnt think they were sweeping the decks against the JD Ten series and Boomer in all the comparison categories.

I guess this kinda answers the old question someone once asked "How will Kubota survive the JD onslaught" Thanks for the info. The external cylinders for 3 pt. hitch are typical on industrial tractors. It sure seems to make more sense. Do these new ones also have quick attach loader buckets like BobCat skid steers?

I haven't been around too much. Did Kubota survive it? ;-) The bobcat attachment is apparently an option for the bucket.

hi, sorry but i got several private msg. asking me what was new on the ztr side. from what i can tell that was not covered?!?!?!?!?! RIGHT GLENMAC!?!?!?!?!?!
i am not a dealer, so i thought since i do not have time to get that info. in detail at this time .. busy season for landscaping ... i would a least hint at another source of info.

I did not see any new info on ZTR's in the dealer kit I was looking at, but then again I wasn't focused at all or even thinking about ZTR's. So, the most accurate thing I can say about anything new on ZTR's is: I don't know one way or the other. Carver is putting up all the info, so I would suspect he would highlight anything new on that product line.

The only thing new on the ZTR's is the new Pro Series fabricated deck. They will be available on the 21's and 28's in 60" and 72". Swivel guage wheels, 7 guage deck, 5.5" deck depth, easily converts to dedicated mulcher(that REALLY worked well, I might add). Other than that no changes, but the new decks work great and give the machine a much more commercial apearance. Oh, also a new bagging system that is just fabric bags, less money and less bulk.
