The folks at Mathews still make parts for these beautiful machines.
Sadly the only things they no longer offer are the tapered side slicer knives; GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR,HIIIIISSSSSS,SPIT.
I tried to get a full set made by flailmaster for me and other folks but they were not interested, so I need to find out if clean cutter can do it for me.
