Any other Kubota's power steering "hit a stop" for a moment?

I noticed on my L4200, when the 3pth is fully raised, the oil in the window goes substantially down.
I did have this happen to me also, lose of power steering for a few seconds.
I figured it was "low on oil" when the 3pht is fully up causing this.
Although when the 3pht is down, it shows full, I think Ill add a little more.
