I have to 2nd that comment on turf tires - get chains - I got stuck, I was diggin out and along comes a good lookin green machine - JD 790 - Turf tires with chains - I got off the driveway and into a small ditch - snow was 24" - 30" high /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif - After I got free I started to clean the driveway with the loader using the float - I was afraid of getting stuck again so I would go grab a load of snow and back up to Cu-De-Sac and dump. Got about half way up the drive and said to myself I not going to get in the barn by dark - So I went to the [rear blade turn backwards system] Snow on driveway was 14-20" - It seem faster to me. (Stone driveway). I have a hydro but I think a gear tranny would work better in snow - Rock back and forth. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif Also them refector posts are too short for this snow.

Outside of route 128 in Massachusetts we got 18 inches of snow on top of about 18 inches already on the ground. Plowed three times over 24 hours and now things are cleared up pretty well.

Here is my snow machine - B2400 with rear blade. Used the FEL extensively this storm to push over banks and pile snow.
